And it's done!

Well, as I've mentioned, my love is writing, and I was writing a story during Nanowrimo. Well, I won by making the fifty thousand word goal. But the story wasn't complete. Well, it is now! At 61,840 words, it is finished. A rough draft...a very rough draft, but it is done! I am so proud of myself. I actually finished something! Yeaaaaaaaa!!!!!!

Now on to the story I was working on before Nanowrimo! LOL

Defining Myself

Sylvanwords

Well, let's see. The word 'sylvan' means someone who dwells in a forest or wood, or the forest itself. Since I'm a tree-hugger, that is very apt indeed. But sylvan also implies someone who speaks, or writes, with great eloquence. And 'words' sounds quite obvious...until you think about it. Words define our thoughts, words come from our mouths and don't come back, and words make or break a person in first impressions. Now that's power, my friends! Words therefore are thoughts, either blades or hugs, and your image. Wow! What amazingly varied things words are! So we have this lovely image of woods and words, or...eloquent words. Which is what we, as writers, are all about!
